Unfortunately a nigh storm settled in while in Mulloorina and after careful considerations we decided to skip the trip to lake eyre to be safe. Craig's car is great on the sealed roads, and might be ok on unsealed ones, but definitely not equipped for muddy slippery roads. We already had a few hiccups with it and so we made our decision to abandon following this dream, for now.
